Storks are found in folklore and represent peace, happiness, fertility, birth and rebirth. The stork symbolism is a sign of Good Luck.

Roots have the obvious meaning which is the part of a plant/tree that is attached to the ground conveying nourishment. The other meaning is the starting point or origin of something. For example, a person rooting for their favorite football team. But Roots is also a homophone of Routes which is a word that sounds the same but has another definition and is spelled differently.

More charming, is that most of us know the folklore of Storks carry the newborns to their destination therefore the homophone Roots/Routes allows us to see the parallel implied - hence the irony of today’s spinnerette.

ROK is Rockwell Automation Inc. which began in 1903; It started as the Compression Rheostat Launch Company founded by Lynde Bradley and Dr. Stanton Allen. It is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. The company trades on the NYSE.
