KEY LIMES

This is perhaps the easiest anagram that I have deciphered to date. There were other choices but none appeared suitable to utilize, hence - Key Limes!

The Key Lime also known as the Acid Lime is a citrus hybrid which is native to Southeast Asia. They are smaller, more acidic, more aromatic with a thinner rind than the Persian lime. During 1840, Henry Perrine a physician and horticulturist began introducing tropical plants to the United States and is noted for introducing the Key Lime to Florida and thus the small lime was named for its association with the Florida Keys where the fruit popularized the Key Lime Pie. Since 2002, the Key Lime is celebrated at a Key Lime Festival held each year in Key West, Florida during the Independence holiday.
